incuto speak at SOLACE

incuto were invited to speak at SOLACE (Society of Local Authority Chief Executives) Alumni Event on the 19th April 2018 in Manchester.

incuto's CEO, Andrew Rabbit, spoke about "Doing things differently with Digital" and how we can all work together to achieve inclusion across many sectors, but with a focus on financial inclusion and digital inclusion.

Solace is the representative body for Chief Executives and senior managers working in the public sector in the UK. They are committed to promoting public sector excellence.

incuto partners with Optimus Card Group

incuto are excited to announce a partnership with Optimus Cards Group, to enable credit unions on the incuto platform to offer a true debit card to all of their members.

Optimus Cards Group offers a full end-to-end white label debit card service and handle everything, from card design, card ordering and PCI compliance through to settlement, fraud transaction monitoring and 24x7x365 call centre operations.

The incuto partnership will see credit unions retain fully protected funds under the FSCS scheme until the funds are transacted upon by their members.

Bringing a true debit card to those unable to access such services is a key driver for incuto's focus on tackling the poverty premium.

incuto attend Responsible Finance Annual Conference 2018

incuto are proud to attend the Responsible Finance Annual Conference 2018. As supporting members of Responsible Finance, incuto believes in access to fair credit for all.

This year, Michael Sheen launches his alliance to tackle high-cost credit and is guest speaker at the event.

incuto work with credit unions and CDFIs to provide a platform that supports their ethical lending. Our 24/7 Apply product as well as our accessible memberHub portal, allow credit unions and CDFIs to provide fair access to products and services where otherwise not available.

With 8 million UK adults underbanked or un-bankable, credit unions and CDFIs provide access to fair finance, loans and savings that can support both business and personal development. Many of these are members of Responsible Finance, who’s mission is to be “the voice of the Responsible Finance industry.” They “support a strong network of responsible finance providers who are increasing access to fair finance across the UK.”

Scottish Police Credit Union launch on the incuto platform

The Scottish Police Credit Union have launched their re-designed website on the incuto platform.

Designed by the team at incuto, the new website allows existing and new members access better services from their credit union. Designed with security and reliability at the forefront of development, the incuto platform allows the Scottish Police Credit Union to offer 24/7 loan applications, a great member portal and member self-service of their contact details and credentials.

Within 24 hours of the launch, many members had updated their details, requested withdrawals and transfers, all from with website. The responsive nature of the new website gives the ability for members to access their account and all features via a mobile interface.

We at incuto are extremely happy with the launch and look forward to supporting the continual growth of the Scottish Police Credit Union.

incuto joins Responsible Finance.

incuto gained membership of Responsible Finance, the only trade body for CDFIs within the United Kingdom.

Our membership will provide a great opportunity to network with peers and meet industry experts, as well as continue our CPD within the industry.

incuto support Bradford Safer Internet Day

incuto were invited to support Bradford Credit Union at the Bradford Safer Internet Day 2018 on Tuesday 6th February 2018.

With the slogan “Create, Connect and Share Respect: A better internet starts with you”, incuto believes in making the internet a safe space for all who use it, particularly in ensuring financial crime is tackled head on.

incuto built the technology behind the school savings platform, LifeSavers, and uses industry leading web hosting from The Bunker to ensure the safety of all data.

We were proud to attend Bradford’s Safer Internet Day and continue our partnership with Bradford Credit Union.

incuto were selected to participate in an accelerator run by Wayra, part of Telefónica Open Future_, the global corporate entrepreneurship network that is transforming the world through open innovation and supports over 1,400 companies worldwide.

The programme, supported by Big Society Capital, The Joseph Rowntree Foundation and the Fair By Design Fund, aims to support companies such as incuto, who are tackling the poverty premium using technology.
