incuto is supporting this independent User Group so its customers can come together and discuss best practice. Chaired by David Batten, CEO, Hoot Credit Union, the Group is a safe and open space for participants to find solutions, as well as share ideas and successes. The common bond between members is that they are all current or future users of the incuto platform.

We believe there is mutual benefit to facilitating a ‘Community of Practice’. This new collaboration of incuto users will help credit unions get the most from their technology, as well as play a role in shaping new developments in the future.

Principles of engagement

The User Group mirrors the industry ethos of ‘People Helping People’. We believe there is mutual benefit in coming together and supporting each other to find solutions

The Group will be kept separate from conversations with the incuto team, with the aim of facilitating shared learning on how to get the best out of technology

Topics and discussion points will be decided by the User Group

February 2022: topic tbc

At incuto, our mission has always been to develop technology and form the right strategic partnerships to open up as many channels as possible to credit unions and community banks. We are supporting the launch of this User Group because we believe our users should have a stake in the technology they use, and in shaping new developments with their Members in mind. I’m really excited to see this initiative get underway and delighted that incuto will continue to support innovation in the sector.
